In the time of the New Year, new beginnings, and new resolutions, exists the opportunity to focus not only on what we should give up, but also on what we must claim - or reclaim - that inherently belongs to us. What latent gifts lie waiting to be discovered, recognized, awakened, called forth, honored?

Join me on an alchemical journey through your inner landscape using embodied dance, sound vibration, guided visualization, journaling, and sacred community. Transforming our limitations, let us bring to life a shining aspect of the self, anchoring it in present time to grow and flourish, supporting the fullest expression of body, heart, and soul.
