To usher in the New Year, join me on an alchemical journey through your inner landscape using embodied dance, sound vibration, guided visualization, journaling, and sacred community. Transforming our limitations, let us bring to life a shining aspect of the self, anchoring it in present time to grow and flourish, supporting the fullest expression of body, heart, and soul.

No dance experience is necessary. We will gather in a ceremonial way, creating sacred space together and honoring the vital wisdom of each one present in the circle. Freeform dance is the core practice we will use to allow inner guidance to show us what we need to know now to call forth the most potent and alive version of ourselves.

Space is limited and this event tends to fill up.
